Below are the ingredients and equipment you will need.
Ingredients:
Non-Metallic 7*5 Baking Dish16 Ounces or 1 pound of Mascarpone4 Fluid Ounces of Heavy Cream¾ Cups of Granulated Sugar1 ½ Cups of Espresso that is room temperature, if Espresso is not accessible than any 1 ½ cups of strong coffee can be substituted.20 each Lady Finger, (I prefer Alessi Savoiardi Lady Fingers)1 Tablespoon of Un-Sweetened Coco Powder
Equipment:
4 Quarts or Larger Mixing BowlHand Mixer or Hand WhiskMeasuring CupSilicone SpatulaTea StrainerPiping Bag with Star Tip; if you do not have this equipment, it’s no problem. Having a piping bag for this application just saves labor and spreads the Mascarpone Mix evenly. The substitute would be just a Silicone Spatula.Cake Comb; if you do not have this equipment, it’s no problem. This is used for aesthetics when Tiramisù is completed and ready for presentation.
