Below are the ingredients and equipment you will need for this event.
Ingredients:
Non-Metallic 7*5 Baking Dish
16 Ounces or 1 pound of Mascarpone
4 Fluid Ounces of Heavy Cream
¾ Cups of Granulated Sugar
1 ½ Cups of Espresso that is room temperature, if Espresso is not accessible than any 1 ½ cups of strong coffee can be substituted.
20 each Lady Finger, (I prefer Alessi Savoiardi Lady Fingers)
1 Tablespoon of Un-Sweetened Coco Powder
Equipment:
4 Quarts or Larger Mixing Bowl
Hand Mixer or Hand Whisk
Measuring Cup
Silicone Spatula
Tea Strainer
Piping Bag with Star Tip; if you do not have this equipment, it’s no problem. Having a piping bag for this application just saves labor and spreads the Mascarpone Mix evenly. The substitute would be just a Silicone Spatula.
Cake Comb; if you do not have this equipment, it’s no problem. This is used for aesthetics when Tiramisù is completed and ready for presentation.
