The Women in Interventional Pulmonology (WiIP) Mentorship Program, Courage Is Calling, brings women in IP together to share experiences, navigate career challenges, and support one another in their personal and professional growth.

Whether you're looking for guidance as you navigate your career or are ready to share your experience and support another woman in the field, mentorship is an opportunity to learn from one another, build meaningful connections, and grow together.

We believe that the experiences we gain along the way have the power to shape someone else's journey. Through meaningful mentor-mentee connections and a supportive community of women in Interventional Pulmonology, we're creating space for honest conversations, shared learning, and continued growth.
