Welcome to WIIP's Mentorship program, "Courage is Calling," designed specifically for those in Interventional Pulmonology who are looking to break barriers and excel in their careers. Our program was born out of the shared experiences of successful physicians who have navigated the challenges of leadership positions and understand the unique struggles faced by those in the field.
At WIIP, our goal is to provide a supportive and empowering environment for physicians in Interventional Pulmonology to thrive. We believe that by offering individualized coaching, group mentorship, and expert-led lectures, we can help those in the field overcome obstacles, find their voices, and achieve their professional goals.
