We strive to elevate the standards of care and innovation in thoracic medicine by creating pathways for education, research, leadership, and professional growth.
Through partnerships with regional, national, and international organizations, WiIP seeks to inspire excellence, promote equity, and enhance the professional and personal well-being of women across the globe who are shaping the future of Interventional Pulmonology.

"Courage is Calling" is WIIP's pioneering Mentorship program designed for women in Interventional Pulmonology aiming to break barriers and advance in their careers. This innovative program, initiated by successful female physicians who understand the challenges faced by women in leadership roles, provides a supportive environment for women to thrive. Offering personalized coaching, group mentorship, and expert-led lectures, participants can overcome obstacles, find their voices, and achieve their professional goals.
